Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160° - 175°C.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract into the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Don’t overmix.
- Add in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the container and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.

- Use large and ripe bananas
